During these chilly nights, it’s nice to cuddle up on the couch, watch Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix, and enjoy a mug of delicious soup. I made this last weekend and well, it’s to die for!

Anyway, save this page, write this recipe down, do whatever you need to do, but you HAVE to make this! I know i’ll be making it again very soon!
1 tbsp. sugar
t tsp. garlic powder
When cooked, drain excess grease from beef mixture.
Put beef back into pot.
Add in diced tomatoes.
Add in chicken broth (or beef broth, if using).
Then add in can of tomato soup or tomato sauce (whichever you are using).
Give it all a good stir. Then add in rice.
Then add seasonings; sugar, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste).
I agree with the country cook when it comes to sprinkling sharp cheddar cheese on top. It’s stuffed pepper soup for pete’s sake! it has to have sharp cheddar!
